COOKING CLASSES for groups


Together with a professional chef you will create your own 3 or 4 course meal. During pre-dinner drinks he will explain the evening. After that the groups splits up in 3 or 4 teams and each team prepares a course. After 1,5 hours every course will be presented, served and shared at the chef’s table.

Classes take place from 6 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. 
for groups from 12 to 20 people.
You can choose your own 3 or 4 course menu:

STARTERS

- tatar of pomodori tomato
- tatar of salmon with dill mayonnaise
- salad of smoked breast of duck
- goatcheese in pastry from the oven

WARM SARTERS

- vichyssoise
- mustardcream
- curry coconut soup
- pasta with gamba's

MAINCOURSES

- warm smoked salmon with pasta and sauce hollandaise
- lamb chops in pastry with spinach and potato rösti
- egg plant with figs and goatcheese on quinoa
- fish in salty jacket

DESSERTS

- poached pear with vanilla ice-cream
- lemon pie
- warm melting chocolate pie
- crème brulée of vanilla and 'Haagse hopjes' ice-cream

Including:
- coffee with chocolates
- Incl. all recipes
- Incl. cleaning and washing up
- Lessons are from 18.00 hrs till 22.30 hrs (other times are possible)
